CHORAL CONCERT
Senator Sanders' Town Meeting on the Arts

The SES chorus was invited to participate in this event at Champlain Valley Union High School with students from CVU, Colchester High School, Barre City Middle School, Essex High School and the Vermont Collegiate Choral Consortium.  Students listened to all groups rehearse and provided encouragement and critique. Bernie met with the students to talk with them about the importance of the arts in education and answered questions about other issues. The evening concert was brought to a beautiful and moving conclusion as all groups assembled to sing our state song, "These Green Mountains."  Thank you, Mrs. LaClair, and congratulations to all of our talented singers!

One of these is not like the others...

Town Meeting with the students.
